I have been using it for twenty years or more. It is great for cleaning up masses of almost ok, but dirty data for DB work. It handles BIG files with very long lines.

The best editor for the programming of the Earth. With KeditWin (preferably v1.5) you can write macros (in Rexx) that allow you to do whatever goes through your mind. It has no limit except your imagination and just enough ability to program in REXX (easy). 100 votes out of 100.

Excellent editor. Clone of VM/CMS's XEDIT, so it was easy to transfer to it, no learning was required.

Anyone that worked on IBM's VM/CMS system likely used XEDIT. KEDIT would give them an immediate zero learning curve, it's an enhanced clone of XEDIT.

Kedit is a fast, full featured text editor. It's easily customizable using REXX.
Sadly, it's out of support.
